Fan Death is also a really amazing Canadian band.

I was pretty stoked to get some pictures of the band last Saturday when they opened for Metronomy at Glory Days in Vancouver. The show was insanity and completely lived up to the hype (THE HYPE: “An all to the floor disco pop cut filled with electro coolness.” - badrobot.co.uk)

I’ve decided that I’m totally going to be Eatskeet’s Canadian Content affiliate for a while. Last week it was Fake-Shark, this week it’s Vancouver’s The Clips - a dancey and funky, poppy and melodic quintet with more intensity & style then you could shake a stick at.

The Clips new album, Matterhorn, was given a great review by Pitchfork back in October ‘08 - but you should probably just watch their video for Space Kidz and see how rad The Clips are for yourself.

I feel bad for people. But i’m actually really inspired by bulletball guy. I commend his determination. This techno singer chick is fuckin awesome too but only because how many girls in orange country are thinking this same thing. She’s the voice of a community.

I’m in the hotel room in Cologne, Germany and as I was lurking the hollerboard I saw a post by steve kream about this skechers commercial. Srs Lulz.

I mean he basically just said what all of us think when we watch this thing “Who in the world is giving it up to guys who wear Skechers?”

But apparently someone thinks wearing skechers will get them laid… Youtube proof below.

So where has my last week been? I don’t even know. It’s all kind of been a blur, but luckily I came to nashville a few days early to eat some Pancake Pantry go to rock shows and get back to reality.
