I still don’t necessarily get the girl talk phenomenon. But i’m gonna do one of these girl talk mashup record things, just because some bitch at dinner in NYC said I couldn’t do it and also because TeenZ love Girl Talk. 1 hr of shit i’m into.

edit: i’m listening to some of this record and actually some of this shit is in key and stuff. the rap stuff is pretty much atonal anyway but the singy parts with yacht rock or whatever is hmmm. yes this shit is hmmm. all hmmm.

So on Sunday I DJed a Super Sweet 16 jump off at Koi. The birthday girl and the whole family were incredible and threw together a really nice party for the birthday girl.
I was talking to Diplo about this online and he was telling a bunch of the hollernerds about how him and Girl Talk did a Super Sweet 16 the other week and he recorded some of it.
This is amazing but be warned the mic on macbooks aren’t exactly up to handling club levels haha.
