Soo everything is getting good and more good and more goodeder. Tonight was really fun, I played bangers for an hour straight got paid and watched tommy and aero smash Thoth in dallas. Real nice spot, good sound, nice people. The club promoters put me up across the st. at the Adolphus. This hotel is ridiculous, so dope. I had an amazing chicken breast/mashed potatoes/iced tea meal. I mean amazing. Room service was on point. I guess this is where queen elizabeth stays when she comes to dallas, I mean they have a picture of her hangin up when u walk in. I just strolled into the lobby at 4:30 am and the people at the concierge said “good morning” some lady had her bags and was going out to the airport gave me the “who is this crackhead walking into this nice hotel” look.

Anyways after I played at thoth Caleb Gauge hit me up ,and him and Klever were at Suite (a BE YOU TI FUL club in dallas) there’s this really ill downstairs area where Matt the owner has his office and a bunch of great designer furniture.

Anyways we’re playing wango tango and i’m so pumped. Lineup is so official. Jonas Bros… lookout theres a new hunky 3some coming to tango.

Also buzzin hit JoJo’s top 9 at 9 today on KIIS… do you understand how insane that is.

Wamp Wamp tomorrow is houston. Hopefully I’ll see Slim Thug.

Backyard Pizza Oven is Awesome!

Maybe one day i’ll be able to afford a house, i’ll probably have to move to like austin or minneapolis or something but I like those places.

Anyways when i buy that fantasy house i’m gonna put a pizza oven in my backyard like this guy.

This is an AP story. This is crazy.

Two students at Southern Illinois University in this St. Louis suburb kidnapped, paddled and burned a young man with freshly baked cookies after a drug deal went bad, prosecutors said.

Madison County prosecutors on Monday charged Rosario James, 23, and Jordan Sallis, 20, each with two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of robbery and aggravated battery.

Both were jailed Tuesday on $150,000 apiece.

Sheriff’s Capt. Brad Wells said that Friday night, three men went to James’ house to buy marijuana, but two of them grabbed the drugs and fled, leaving the third behind. The suspects held that man, who is in his late teens, and told him he needed to find $400 for the drugs, Wells said.

The suspects beat the man with a wooden paddle, burned his neck and shoulders with cookies immediately after taking them from the oven, shaved off some of his hair and poured urine over him from a soda bottle, Wells said.

“It was just sheer torture,” Wells said.

Food A La Skeet

I’ve started stumbling across good recipes, and most importantly recipes that match my attention span. It’s not like i’m gonna spend 4 hours making a meal when i’m hungry now. So hopefully i’ll get some more tips and post them up. Get ready to eat like kings, and here’s hoping you’re not lactose intolerant (or vegan for that matter).

10 Tips For the Greatest Grilled Cheese

It’s the childhood favorite you never outgrow, the most comforting comfort food of all time — the grilled cheese sandwich. American, cheddar, gouda … whatever your pleasure, follow these ten tips from Laura Werlin, author of Great Grilled Cheese, and have yourself a slice of melted heaven.

Cheese

1. Good to grate

Don’t slice your cheese when you can grate it (the bigger the grater, the better). This ensures evenly melted, gooey cheese in every bite.

2. Get cheesy

Don’t be shy — plan on about two ounces of cheese per sandwich. Use your palm to press the grated cheese onto the bread so it doesn’t fall out.

3. Embrace the ooze

Don’t fret if the cheese oozes out of the sandwich. The toasty bits at the bottom of the pan are the best part!

Bread

4. No need to Wonder

Don’t just assume that white is the only way. If you love focaccia or whole-wheat, go for it.

5. Size does matter

Don’t slice your bread more than 1/4″ thick or it’ll overwhelm the cheese.

6. Smush your bread

Flatten sandwiches with a spatula or a heavy pan to ensure oozing cheese and crisp rather than doughy bread.

Butter

7. Butter le pain, not le pan

Spread room-temperature butter on the bread (on the side you’re grilling, not the inside of the sandwich) before you grill. That way, you’ll get evenly buttered, evenly browned bread with a little crunch.

8. Salted butter is best

Just trust me.

Cooking

9. Stick with nonstick

Although a cast-iron skillet is the traditional fave, a nonstick skillet is your best bet for easy flipping and no sticking.

10. Put a lid on it

Cover the skillet while cooking the first side of the sandwich for maximum cheese melting.

And now for the ultimate grilled cheese recipe, from Laura Werlin’s Great Grilled Cheese:

The Best Grilled Cheese

8 slices sourdough bread (1/4 inch thick)

2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature

6 ounces best-quality cheddar cheese (orange or white), coarsely grated

To assemble: Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place 4 slices on your work surface, buttered side down. Distribute the cheese evenly over the 4 slices. Place the remaining 4 bread slices on top, buttered side up.

Stovetop method: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Put the sandwiches in the skillet (in batches if necessary), cover, and cook for 2 minutes, or until the undersides are golden brown and the cheese has begun to melt. Uncover, and turn the sandwiches with a spatula, pressing firmly to flatten them slightly. Cook for 1 minute, or until the undersides are golden brown. Turn the sandwiches again, press with the spatula, and cook for 30 seconds, or until the cheese has melted completely. Serve immediately.

Sandwich maker method: Preheat the sandwich maker. Follow directions for sandwich assembly, and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Gas grill method: Brush the grill rack with oil and preheat the grill to medium-high. Follow directions for sandwich assembly. Put the sandwiches on the grill and follow directions for the stovetop method.

Makes 4 sandwiches.

Mike Tyson has a Mao Tattoo

Mike Tyson obviously has a thing for west side chinese food, because he likes Maos Kitchen so much he got their logo tattooed on his arm. What a cool guy.

Mike Tyson

But honestly, he has Mao and Che.I bet there are some serious socio anarchist takeover plans in that head of his. His internal monologues are probably pretty awesome, working out coup strategies like “We go to the white house, I start punching through walls and you guys raid the refrigerator.”

Also he got arrested. A little cocaine a little DUI. Not a big deal, I still love him.

And I Love Daughters, there new album is pretty fun not their old screamy grind but still slashy and I like it.
