Canadian Woman Sues Her Drug Dealer and Wins
A Canadian woman has successfully sued the dealer who sold her an illegal street drug that put her in a coma. Sandra Bergen, 23, suffered a heart attack and spent 11 days in a coma after taking crystal methamphetamine.
Ms Bergen said Clinton Davey had known the drug was highly addictive and dangerous but sold it to make money.
Mr Davey refused to name his source of the drug, prompting the Saskatchewan judge to reject his defence – that Ms Bergen had taken the drug voluntarily.

It’s the future now and EBAY is so the site of yesteryear… too much of that… bidding shit makes me nauseous. Its like I bid on a some really cool boots and then get out bid by someone in the middle of the fuckin night by 75 cents and I’ve been “watching it now” for like 6 and 1/2 days. UGHH. Oooover it. Anyway, I’m insanely addicted to late night fall asleep shopping online… like I hope most of you are. When I used to smoke pot… (which I don’t now because drugs are bad and I always ended up in the fetus position in the corner of the room thinking everyone was after me) I would buy the STUPIDEST things. I guess it wasn’t the pot though… I bought the best stupidest thing today. I will share… AND direct you to my favorite online mega store called… ETSY. I have been an ETSY fan for like 6 months and rock the best one of a kinds since then. It’s a buy it now situation and you can even have one-of-a-kinds made for you, held on reserve. Most of you probably know of this site being wonderful blog readers that you are… but if not let me get you hooked. You we be as addicted like stan from south park when he switches from Guitar Hero to the herion-never-catch-the-dragon game. (Please tell me you’ve seen this episode)

So this is the deal.

That story about the dude who fell 47 stories and is gonna be fine is NUTS! It’s on CNN right now but nobody really cares all they wanna talk about is Britney Spears’ trip to the mental ward. Even Rony called and asked why i’m not blogging about Britney. Well shit I feel really really really bad for her, I don’t know why but if I was her i’d fucking move to the french riviera or something and fly out timbo for the next record. Meanwhile forcing paparazzi to breach my Mote if they wanted a picture.
But I do like the way K Fed has flipped his image into Father of the year type shit. You go dude! You’re bout to get both the kids (who i think you actually love) and a lot of money (which i know you love). And you’re gonna be a hero to the 6 straight backup dancers left in the game who can dream that maybe one day they can bang fergie ferg or ms. stefani and shake shit up the way you did.
Now i’m watching sportscenter and i’m bout this shit, talked to my booking agent today and we’re about 90% on some super bowl parties. Awesome! I hope the Patriots lose, theyre way too good. So here’s hoping Dallas beats them and TO pulls a flag out his shirt and burns it or something. I’d win so many ways if that happened.
Also the new google maps for blackberry can triangulate your location within like 1200 meters nuts! You just hit 0 and there is this little circle around you that says aproximately where you are.
