So last tuesday I went and saw Metronomy live at Temporary Spaces. They were so incredible, I hate getting fanboy but really they are so ace. I went in expecting it to sound dodgy as it’s tough to convert a nightclub into a live setting. But somehow it managed to sound superb and I can’t get over how great “heartbreaker” went over that night. This is some brilliant pop music, the melodies and sounds are so fresh and different but at the same time the arrangement and cohesiveness of the songs make them instant ear candy. Okay thats the end of my fanboy rant, I just think more people should be listening to Metronomy.

Also this video is beautiufl, if you get a chance go see them. I think theyre still touring with the Mae Shi another great band.

and for the mp3 fiends i got you dawg because that video does the sonic quality of this song no real justice. it’s mixed/engineered so well <3 yall metronimiers.

So for a second yesterday EatSkeet was down. Seems this blog is getting too much traffic for shared hosting and it’s time to upgradeeeee. So I might be moving on to some dedicated server with my current host (Surpass Hosting) theyre great but fuckin dedicated servers are like 70$ a month. So if anyone wants to give me free/cheap hosting lets talk about how we can work this out. haha.

A pro basketball player probably. I definitely had hoop dreams. But I also wanted to be in blink 182 because it seemed like they had the best lives in the whole world, just traveling playing shows and making fart jokes.
