I finally found it. My wedding dress.
They say girls dream of their wedding for years and years. Well, not so for me. All I ever dreamed of was the dress, and somewhere in my muddled imagination there glittered a diamond in the muck and there it is.
Marchesa. Strapless. Feathered bodice. Paired with cream or pale pink Louboutins?
As for the husband….
He can hang out in the hotel room while I twirl in this for about an hour and then go run through a field of dewy daisies or something. With a few doves. In slow motion.
He’ll survive.

Now, I’m not a huge Caesar fan – I don’t really enjoy Clamto OR Worcestershire Sauce, but I’d be pretty surprised if I met more than two friends that felt the same. Caesar’s are HUGE in Canada.
A Caesar is a vodka cocktail drink that is served on the rocks with the following ingredients:
2 Dashes Hot Sauce
2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Celery salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
Lime/Lemon wedge
1 Crisp Celery Stalk
The Caesar was invented by bartender Walter Chell at the Owl’s Nest Bar in the Calgary Inn in Calgary, Alberta in 1969, to accompany the opening of a new restaurant. In its original form, the drink contained tomato juice and mashed clams; Clamato had only just been released by the Mott’s company that very year, and was not yet widely known or available.
Starting in 2002, Mott’s began marketing pre-mixed Caesars in twelve-ounce bottles. (exciting!)
Variations can include substituted or added ingredients, like salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, horseradish, or lemon juice, seasoning salt or lemon pepper (rather than celery salt), a garnish of dill pickled cucumber, spicy pickled green bean or asparagus. Occasionally a prawn (especially in seafood restaurants) or crisp bacon is used as a garnish.
Next time you’re out on the town, ask the bartender to mix you up a Caesar and let me know what you think. You might be surprised at how tasty you find it…

Last night I went out to the Trash Talk/Pig Destroyer show at the Knitting Factory. It was so much fun, people stage diving from the second level rafters and shit. Fucking love it. I met up with Zane when I was at the show he’s one of the best dudes I know and he also happens to manage a little group from Canada called JOKERS OF THE SCENE. If you’ve heard me play in the last 6 months or so then you’ve probably heard the JOTS track below because I play it almost every night. It’s such a good tune.
Anyways Harry & DJ Ayres (the rub) made a video for the song with chopped footage from the movie BIG. Basically all you ever needed to know about “BIG” with JOTS scoring the action. (yes perfection I know)
Tonight Justice is djing that belvedere party i’ll probably end up there. Back to emails and twittering.

She’s this cuuute artist from across the pond who goes by the name Little Boots. She Uses an amazing Tenori-on, and shes pretty good at it, its such a bad ass little toy for a bad ass little girl. Last night at Cinespace so many people came out to see her, it was so awesome! She is bound to be huge in the states this year.
This is why the internet is so amazing. OMFG. This is probably one of the top 10 things i’ve ever seen on the internet. Little kids on drugs is pretty much all I can ask for in this world. Prescribed drugs and children why am I so into this. I’m a terrible person. Back to making tracks. <3 You Guys
