Holy hell. I went to the most epic, beautiful, awe inspiring wedding this weekend. One of my best friends Becky (Co Designer of Velvet Leaf) married her “childhood & high school sweetheart/soulmate/endallbeall.” And oh ya his name is Jorden, he’s freakin amazing. I’d actually never met him till this weekend and they’ve been together for 7 seven years. He’s been in school in santa barbara and saving the world in his spare time. So seeing them like this together for the first time was amazing.
Basically this wedding had everything that mattered:
Wedding on your fathers property in the middle of the most beautiful property in northern california.
At the home he built by hand.
180 of your closest friends/fam.
Dancing all night long.
Incredible food.
The groom’s brother overseeing the weddign and getting ordained for the wedding.
Homemade wedding gowns, bridemaids gowns, and groomsmens outfits.
Incredible incredible scenery.
An amazing rock jam band.
A mariachi band.
And most importantly the most genuine, sincere, love i’ve ever been a part of.
If I learned anything this weekend it’s that YOU REALLY CAN HAVE A STORY BOOK ENDING.

WEIRD i googled becky & jorden to see if i can find the wedding website & I found your blog. It was nice meeting you this weekend hope to see you & my girls soon!
