After doing that photoshoot all day Friday. I shot up to Santa Barbara and met up with AK, Trav, DB, and Jess and we chilled and watched youtube videos:
Then we passed out (me on the floor with only a sheet - Thanks DB) we got up and headed up the 101 to the Yay Area. Got into the SF area around 4 and got to Jess and AK’s hotel. We dropped their shit off and went to Haight.
Walking around in the cold ass rain was fun for about 2 seconds, but amoeba was worth it as always. Got some pesto pizza, and stopped by Celine’s place. Watched some more youtube videos,
and then headed to my boy Swayzee’s place to meet up with him the Lazer Sword dudes and friends.
From their we left to the mezzanine to see the Ed Banger Tour. Those dudes are always so good to everyone, tossing away free gear the whole night, and taking turns spinning because nobody is bigger than the other.
Busy P had me crackin up the whole night, dude’s accent and swagger just gets me.
From their we went to some Loft/Itunes Staff late night party thing. I guess like 12 people live in this place. It was bonkers. Me, Swayzee, Vin Sol, and Trav were playin records. It was cool, but at like 330 we left and shook to this after after hours rave-loft thing above hemlock.
Shit was going strong playing minimal, and disco till like 6am when we left. SF is way more gangstar than LA obviously. All kinds of drugs and drinks still being served at 5am.
THAT IS A PARTY.
Bounced back and met up with Laura and Becky in SB. Now i’m at home working on remixes and booking a bunch of out of state stuff.
I may just show up in NY next week.
We’ll see.
i hope you do go to nyc next week because i’ll be there for a few days and lord knows i dont see you here in la.
