Rage Against The Machine is my favorite band of all time. So when the LA Times reports they are confirmed to play Coachella I celebrate. I’m going big tonight.
Rage Against the Machine will join the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bjork, the Arcade Fire, Interpol, Willie Nelson, the Roots, Sonic Youth, the Arctic Monkeys, Air and Tiesto at this installment of Coachella. Who will play which day has yet to be determined. Tickets for the three-day festival (April 27-29) go on sale Saturday.

This is huge, I lived in the midwest till I was 16 and never got a chance to see them Live. I saw Korn like 3 times but never Rage haha.
When I moved to LA I thought for sure i’d see them. Then they broke up and I cried. I’m not even kidding. I cried. They’re my backstreet boys, but for so many more reasons.
I studied the Evil Empire liner and did my best to read all of those books. Rage is probably the second biggest influence on my life (second to my mom).
Christ my head just exploded.
